Ethics and Issues - Gender Neutral Skincare Range

Gender Neutral Skincare Range
A response to a brief focusing on Ethics and Issues
This was a university project around the theme of 'Ethics and Issues'. I chose to look at gender, and the way products are aimed at certain genders, despite being the same product. There are a number of facial skincare products that aim themselves towards both genders but these are more directed at teens. I wanted to create a facial skincare range that was gender neutral, aimed at skin type rather than gender, and would appeal to a broader audience. The product is called skin2, to represent "skin to skin". The scientific nature of the name should help the product appeal more to men, who would be harder to market to than women. The range consists of face washes, toners, moisturizers and night creams for a range of skin types, and a mud mask for all skin types.

I am pleased with the final outcome.
